Potential Object Donation Form

Thank you for your interest in sharing your history with the Museum!

For object donations: Please fill out the questions below. This gives the Collections Department important background information on the object you'd like to donate.

For donations of books, documents, photos, manuscripts, etc: Please contact our Librarian, Bill Kemp at (309) 827-0428 or online at https://mchistory.org/about/staff/contact-bill-kemp.

If you are interested in donating multiple objects, please submit one form for each object. This way, staff can carefully review each piece. Please be aware that the review process can take 4-6 weeks to complete.

Completing this form helps us to understand the role your object may play in telling McLean County's history so we can determine if our Museum is the best fit for your donation. While we would love to accept every donation, please understand that spatial and thematic boundaries limit us from doing this.
