When filling out this form, please have the following pieces of information ready:

• Name and contact information for the membership’s primary point of contact.
• Estimated annual revenue, staff size and staff demographics.
• Key focus areas of your work from a menu of topics.
• The amount you wish to pay for your annual membership dues. We will follow up with an invoice for this amount.

We will not share your information with anyone, though we do aggregate the data to demonstrate the strength and size of this movement!

To better understand who our work is serving and who is joining with us, we would like to better understand your organization's demographics as well as the communities you serve. It is these unique and important identities that when united together catalyze a movement. This first section asks you about your internal demographics and the next section asks you to speak to the people and communities your work serves.

The Coalition for a Regenerative Future runs on a "Pay what you can" model. The suggested amount for an organizational yearly subscription is $2,500 for nonprofit organizations and $5,000 for for-profit organizations, however, you are welcome to contribute more or less based on your budget.
