Waiver: By signing below, I am aware that any physical sport activity may cause accidental injury or harm among the athletes, and I assume any and all possible risk that may cause injury, illness, or death arising to such activity. I agree to waive my right to pursue any claim against the Picayune School District or Swingking.
Media Release: SwingKing University has my permission to use the player’s photographs or videos publicly to promote the academy. I understand that the images or video may be used in print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I also understand that no royalty, fee or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
Travel Team Agreement: I agree to pay the deposit of $300 by August 15, 2025 and Spring Deposit of $400 by February 1, 2026 and the remaining balance by paying $115 on the 15th of every month beginning in September and ending in June (10months) to reserve my spot on the team which includes the elite training, team practcies, uniforms,hats, bat bag, tournament fees, benefits, etc., as per discussed in the parent meeting.

** Please note we will provide a calender fundraiser in the fall and a superbowl square fundraiser in the spring to assist anyone who needs help with providing their deposit.
