Heels typically arrive within 7–14 days after your order is submitted. Studio orders are placed once we’ve received enough requests to meet our minimum—so if you’re ordering with the group, there may be a short wait before submission. Want them sooner? You’re always welcome to place a solo/rush order at any time with a $10 processing fee. Orders over $200 qualify for free processing. Otherwise, just sit back and wait for the next studio order drop—we’ve got you. All orders must be picked up in-studio—because let’s be honest, we need to see your first clack in person.

So you’re ready to try pole heels—or at least curious enough to peek 👀 Welcome, babe. Pole heels aren’t about being “extra.” They’re about support, strength, lines, and confidence—and when chosen well, they actually help your dancing feel more stable, not scarier.

👠 Our Beginner Recommendation: 7” Heels
At Wonderland, we suggest starting with a 7-inch heel. This height gives you:

A stable platform that distributes weight evenly
Better balance for spins and transitions
Support without feeling bulky or restrictive
In pole, the platform works with you—helping you find control and flow.

For your very first pair, we recommend beginning with the Pleaser ADORE sandal.

Why a sandal first?

We do not recommend starting with a boot. While boots offer extra support, they can mask ankle strength early on. Once you feel confident, stable, and comfy dancing in sandals—that’s the perfect time to add boots to your collection.
