BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT PROCESS
When you call to make an appointment the reception team will offer you a phone or video consultation first with your registered GP, sometimes your GP will be fully booked so we will offer you an appointment with another GP.
Our lovely reception team will not always be able to offer you an appointment on the day you request, however, we will endevour to do the best we can to help you on the day, you may be put on our "call back" system, this means a nurse or GP will give you a call to see how they can help you.
