Thank you for volunteering at the 2026 Region C Regional Championships. Officials are essential to the success of our meets, and we appreciate the time, knowledge, and dedication you bring to our athletes.
Our goal is to provide every official with opportunities to learn, develop, and be successful while ensuring each position is staffed by appropriately trained and certified officials.

You are welcome to sign up for as many sessions as your availability allows.
Meet Information
Competition Dates: August 7–9, 2026
Competition Format: 5 sessions over 3 days
Officials Requirements
Clubs with swimmers entered in the 1500 m events are required to provide three (3) officials per entered swimmer for that session.
For all other sessions, clubs are asked to provide one (1) official for every three (3) swimmers entered and should be prepared to cover full-day assignments for all positions where required.
Important Information
Officials should plan to arrive 45 minutes before the start of their assigned session for check-in and the officials' briefing.
Details regarding the officials' meeting, hospitality, and any meet-specific information will be provided in the Technical Bulletin.
If you are unsure which positions you are qualified to work, please contact your Club Officials Coordinator before registering.
All volunteers are expected to follow Swimming Canada and Swim Alberta Safe Sport and Rule of Two requirements throughout the competition.

When you are ready, click the Sign Up link for your preferred session and position, then complete the registration form.
If family members or friends are volunteering, please complete one registration per person so we can accurately track staffing requirements.
