Terms and Conditions:

1. The information provided is correct at the time of completing this form.

2. If any circumstances stated above change and means the participant no longer fits the criteria for a bursary place, you must promptly inform The Roses Theatre Trust.

3. Upon acceptance of a burasry place, 100% attendence to all RYC sessions is mandatory. Not meeting this condition may mean that the bursary place is revoked.

4. The Roses Theatre Trust has the right to request proof of circumstances on a termly basis.

5. All proof of circumstances is to be emailed to georgia.shire@rosestheatre.org with the subject line "RYC Bursary Application: (Participant Name)"
