*Weather Conditions*

1. We will NOT transport anyone if it is SEVERE/ STORMING weather "Rides will be cancelled". If school hours are about over and there is severe weather around pick-up time we would communicate with each parent through the band app about the steps we're taking. Each child is in the hands of this company and it's our responsbility to keep them safe.

*Refund Policy*

1. NO REFUNDS

*Late Payment*

Late payment $20 will be applied AFTER the 3rd of each month if NO payment ride will be CANCELED on the 4th.

*Rider Cancellation Policy*

1. If you cancel a ride there is no refund or make up days for cancelling a ride.

2. If driver gets to location and you didn't cancel the ride within 2-4 hours you will be charged a fee of $15 for a no show "Payment must be PAID IN FULL $15 before next pick up or drop off"

3. If driver have to come back to the location for pick-up there will be a fee of $20 before trip starts. "Payment must be PAID IN FULL $20 before next pick up or drop off"

4. Returned Trip Fee- If changing location from previous location will result in a $15 fee. All changes must be changed 24 hours of the ride. NO LAST MINUTE CHANGES.

5. We also have a band app that we communicate in to reach all of our parents at one time. We utilize the appa lot PLEASE download it.

10. All children will receive a 5 minute grace period for FREE after 5 minutes of wait time driver will leave.

*Rules during Transportation ride*

1. All passengers MUST wear seatbelts AT ALL TIMES

2. No PROFANITY

3. No horse playing/ fighting or fighting with driver will be automatic TERMINATION

4. All trash must be pick-up/thrown out before exiting

5. No smoking "vaping"

6. Make sure all belonging are with you before getting out the Van

*Consequences for violations *

1. Verbal warning

2. Write up and paperwork will be sent home, parents MUST sign and send back

3. Passenger will be suspened for 1 week

4. Passenger will be terminted
