  • On moving Dofe Centres:

If you are currently registered with a different Dofe Centre and working on an Award, and that Award has not yet been completed & signed off, Northumberland Scouts will be unable to move you into our DofE Centre.

This is because moving you out of your current Centre will remove you from their list of participants and as such, lock the DofE Coordinator out of your account making it impossible for them to complete the approval process on that Award.

We are also prevented from moving a participant whose Award status is 'Pending' by the system itself, so in those cases we will simply have to wait until the Award has been approved.

Northumberland Scouts will check your account before we attempt to move you into our Center, and will contact your Leader if there is a problem or delay in the process.
