Davies Pearl Unsung Hero Award 2026

This award is made in memory of Amanda Davies, a player at Galaxy Netball Club for many years, who helped immensely in the running of the club.

Nominations are sought for your Unsung Hero - a volunteer who you feel should receive special recognition for the lengths they've gone to to help your club play netball.

It could be the coach who has given up their time to invest in your players, an administrator without whom you'd be unable to take the court, or perhaps that person who took on a safeguarding role. It could be that person who has gone above and beyond who you would like to say a big "thank you" to and show how much they really are appreciated.

Nominations must be received by Friday 31st July 2026. All nominations received by this date will then be review by the BDNA Committee and the winner will be presented with this award at our presentation evening on Friday 4th September 2026.

PLEASE NOTE: ONE NOMINATION PER TEAM. You must have been entered as a team in the Winter League 2025-26 and/or Summer League 2026. Please confer as a team and submit your team's nomination through a nominated representative.

We also welcome nominations from umpires who officiate in the BDNA League.
