    Applicant(s) agrees to be responsible, indemnify and hold harmless the Roanoke Regional Partnership (RRP), its officers, partners, officials, agents, employees, and volunteers against any and all loss, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from any claim or legal action of any nature whatsoever that may arise against the RRP in connection with the event or in connection with any of the rights and privileges granted by the RRP the Applicant(s) and assign to the Roanoke Regional Partnership, its nominees and agents, permission to use, publish and republish for purposes of advertising and trade such use as the RRP may determine, information and reproductions of my likeness (photographic or otherwise) with or without identification of me by name.

    By attending the Roanoke intern event, I grant permission for the Region 2 Internship Collaborative, or any third party authorized by the Region 2 Internship Collaborative, to take and make public visual, audio, and video images of me taken during the LYH Intern Connect event. I understand and agree that Region 2 Internship Collaborative, or any third party authorized by the Region 2 Internship Collaborative, owns the images and all the rights to them and may use them without notifying me, in any manner or media, including, but not limited to, university-sponsored websites, publications, social media, promotions, advertisements, and posters, as well as third-party commercial productions authorized by the Region 2 Internship Collaborative. I waive any right to inspect, approve, or be compensated for the use of the images.
