- In-Kind Donation Component Requires a $25 administration fee. - Maximum of 2 in-kind donations per year (Maximum of $2,000). - Donor list must be completed. - Chapter/CBOs must take receipt of all in-kind donations. - SPEAR will provide the 501c3 determination letter within 30 days after the event. - SPEAR must receive the donor list. - SPEAR will supply the donor letter for each donor via email.
