Build Plates - 3D Printing
Build plates are required for the EOS M290 and TRUMPF TruPrint 3000. We have a number of them available for use. They must be returned within a few weeks for others to use or purchased with your build. A build plate or removable work surface is required for the TruLaser Cell 3000 and the Freemelt ONE. We do not have plates available. You must bring your own. Almost any size can be used so long as the plate isn’t so thin that it will warp during processing. For ease of programming, be sure the top and bottom surfaces of the plate are parallel and truly flat. Working with sloped, curved or complicated surfaces will require special programming.

Special Instructions
Include detailed instructions so the work planned can be understood and the time needed on the equipment can be estimated. For example, for furnace use include temperature, time and size (L x W x H) of plate/build/parts to be placed in the furnace. For machining, indicate if the parts need to be cut off the build plate, sectioning of parts is needed, the plate needs to be resurfaced and/or other (describe).
