By submitting this application, I affirm that all the information provided is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I also grant Best Academy permission to use my child's photograph for promotional purposes, including but not limited to print publications, online publications, presentations, websites, and social media. I understand that I will not receive any compensation for the use of these images.
If parents wish to cancel their registration before the first class, we will issue a refund, excluding the $45.00 registration processing fee and 3% of the credit card bill amount (if applicable). For cancellations after classes have commenced, prorated tuition refunds will be provided. All refunds will be processed within thirty (30) calendar days of receiving the cancellation notice. Please note that there are additional fees for returned checks ($25), declined credit cards ($20), and ACH rejections ($40).
Registration will be considered complete only after the payment is received. If a payment needs to be made in person, registration will remain pending until payment is completed at the center (please make checks payable to Best Academy).
If you are registering more than one child and wish to avail of the 10% sibling discount, please select check or cash as the payment option during registration. Afterward, kindly call our office to proceed with the payment process. We also offer the convenience of credit card payments over the phone.
