Pre-Consultation: You will get a free 15 min consultation (via zoom, social media or phone call) after booking your slot to go over your ideas for your upcoming shoot to ensure all equipment needed is available.

Payment: A non-refundable deposit of $125 will be required to lock in your date and time. The remaining balance must be paid the day of filming/shooting unless previously discussed and agreed upon.

Release Forms: Model release forms will be sent out or brought in-person on the day of shooting to all involved.

Capturing/Filming: All models must be on time for their shoot and must be makeup ready (if need be) unless previously discussed and setup with a local MUA prior. If you fail to arrive on time (and the photographer is on time) the time will not be extended and your will have to use the remainder of the time booked. If, for any reason, the photographer is late the time waited will be added on to your slot. If direction is needed for inexperienced models, one will be provided upon request.

Video Editing: All RAW video files will be given to the client thru Google Drive or Dropbox (whichever is more convenient) within 48 hrs of filming. You will receive a FULL 1-min edit of the full video within 10-14 days from filming (with 2 sets of revisions included) to do with what you wish.

Photography Editing: The client will receive 10-50 of the best unedited photos of the shoot to have from the shoot (within 72 hrs of the shoot) with the option of 5-15 images from those 10-50 to be edited of the clients' choice. The specific amount of unedited photos and edits will be determined after consultation. If the client wants more than what is offered a separate price will be discussed to accommodate.

Travel Fee: The client will be required to pay a travel fee starting at $45 for destinations 30 mins or more from the location of the photographer.

Promotion: All footage taken along with any ‘Behind the Scenes’ is subject to be shared on all social media accounts with association with “Msjaiinc Designs” unless requested to not post beforehand for either a later date or any other reasons the client might have.
