This form is for custom unit orders ONLY. Once this form is completed, you will be contacted by your preferred method via text or email regarding your submission with a quote for the final amount of your unit and invoice for 40% deposit. Once unit is completed, you will be asked to sign off on photos and videos of final product. Final payment can be paid via ZELLE. Completed unit will be shipped out once final payment is cleared. Please allow 30 days for custom units to be completed. Custom units are NONREFUNDABLE and NOT SUBJECT TO CHARGEBACKS!
