  • DAY GLOW TAN POLICES:

     

    To ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience for both our clients and our business, we have established the following policies. These policies outline important guidelines and procedures that we expect our clients to adhere to. Please read them carefully before booking an appointment or using our services.

    • Appointment Scheduling:  Appointments can be scheduled through our preferred booking method, such as our booking form or email. We recommend scheduling your appointment in advance to secure your preferred date and time slot.

     

    • Cancellation and Rescheduling:  We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To avoid any inconvenience, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee of $15.

     

    • Late Arrivals: We strive to maintain a prompt schedule for all our clients. If you arrive late for your appointment, it may result in a shortened session to accommodate subsequent clients. In some cases, we may need to reschedule your appointment if the delay significantly impacts our schedule.

     

    • Hygiene and Preparation: Prior to your spray tan session, it is essential to shower, exfoliate, and shave any necessary areas to ensure the best tanning results 24hrs in advance. Avoid using moisturizers, oils, perfumes, deodorants, or any other products on your skin 12hrs before the appointment, as they can interfere with the tanning solution. We recommend wearing loose-fitting, dark-colored clothing to your appointment to prevent staining. Nothing tight around the waist or ankles. Flip flops or slides are recommended for foot wear.

     

    • Health and Safety: Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your spray tan session or pose a risk to your health and safety. If you are pregnant or nursing, we advise consulting with your healthcare provider before scheduling a spray tan session.
      Consent and Release: By using our services, you provide your consent for our trained professionals to administer the spray tan treatment. We will provide you with clear instructions and guidelines to follow during the session for the best results. You release Day Glow Tans business and its employees from any liability or claims arising from the treatment, except in cases of negligence or willful misconduct.

     

    • Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and treat all personal information provided during the appointment and consultation as confidential. We will not share or disclose your personal information to any third parties unless required by law or with your consent.

     

    • Satisfaction and Concerns: We strive to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction. If you have any concerns or issues with your spray tan, please notify us within 24 hours of your session. We will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and find a suitable resolution.
