- A copy of invoice will be sent to you 1 week after the event.
- Cancellation policy: Minimum of 1 week notice is required in writing to elaine@scal.com.sg should there be any replacement/cancellation. Late requests will not be considered and will be treated as full cancellation (including no-show), and the fees paid will not be refundable.
- SCAL reserves the right to cancel, postpone or change the venue, date and time of the course should there be any unforeseen circumstances. Please kindly note that withdrawals will be considered as full cancellation, and no refunds will be given.
