  • Enrolment in Trainee Practitioner Path

  • This form is for applicants who themselves or their organisation are liable for the fee to register as a trainee practitioner with AVIGuk.

    N.B. If your orgainisation needs to set up a purchase order, you should obtain its reference number before completing this form.

    Do not use this form if your organisation has a commissioned project with a supervisor who is managing all aspects of your training and is paying your registration fee.

    IMPORTANT - It is essential that the name and email address you use here are exactly the same in content and format as the ones you use on the learning platform.  Failure of these to match can lead you to be invoiced incorrectly.

  • Registration with AVIGuk costs £390 and includes:-

    Registration, access to the learning platform for three years, a mid-point review course, accreditation and final half-day course.  These courses are run online by AVIGuk

    Payment in 10-monthly instalments of £39 by direct debit is available.

    A discounted rate (currently £130) applies to people who intend to do their Mid-point review and accreditation with a local training service.  If this changes, you need to let us know.

    After you submit this form, it may take a few days for an invoice to be sent.  Once the invoice has been paid, you will automatically be enrolled in the "NEW Trainee Practitioner Path" and you will be notified of this.  However, you can commence your supervised practice at any time.

    N.B. Until you enrol on an ITC you will not have an account on the learning platform.
