Please read the following items before signing.
- Any and all improvements including, but not limited to; fence addition or staining, outbuildings, porch additions, landscaping changes, and pools require ACC approval - a detailed drawing and request must be sent in for approval by the ACC prior to beginning construction.
- Homeowner will comply with Covenants in keeping home and yard maintained at all times.
- Homeowner can find full subdivision Covenants and plats online at www.whoahouston.com.
- Homeowner understands that annual assessments are due December 1 for the upcoming calendar year. Payable online by credit card or by check or money order sent to the PO Box listed below. All homeowners, initial and subsequent, must pay $500 initiation fee & prorated $360.00 year at closing.
