Thank you for your interest in adopting a cat/kitten from Cat by Cat Inc. Please answer the following questions so we can assist you with the selection of your newest family member.

This form and a telephone consultation are designed to help us determine the best interests of both our cats and our potential adopters.

ADOPTION FEES
Adult cats (over 12 months): $175
Kittens (under 12 months): $200
Payable by check, cash, PayPal or Venmo
(Venmo and PayPal add a $5 service fee)

Adoption fee includes spay/neuter, Rabies & FVRCP vaccine (age appropriate), flea control & deworming, FeLv/Fiv testing, and microchip. At the time of adoption, there is an Adoption Contract that will need to be completed and signed prior to bringing your newest family member home with you.
