The Business Operations Manager reports to the Controller of the SAE Financial and Housing Corporation (“F&H”), and assists the Controller with general business operations and compliance.

Oversee New Account Management and Chapter/House Corporation Onboarding

Coordinate the onboarding of new Chapter Members to the Revela database

Oversee sublease management in conjunction with the VPs of Asset Management
-
Assist in Sublease Forecasting and Chapter House occupancy reporting
-
Assist in the creation, evaluation, and implementation of policies and procedures
-
Manage documentation maintenance and assessment of policies and procedure
-
Assist Controller of F&H with Chapter collection efforts
-
Assist in coordination of Move-In Process with House Directors & Managers
-
Coordinate Room Assignments Management with House Directors & Managers
-
Coordinate eviction process and follow-up, with the appropriate legal counsel
-
Oversee Chapter Incidental Billing and Fine Management
-
Act as the customer service representative to Chapter Members and Guarantors
-
Coordinate Communications for the Chapter House
-
Manage Chapter reporting and compliance with Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity and Financial & Housing Corporation
-
Reconcile the Chapter Roster between Revela and ChapterSpot
-
Other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Is self-motivated, organized, and able to work with a team

Possesses strong verbal and written communication skills

Experience with policy creation and writing

Is dependable, flexible, and able to prioritize tasks

Expected to work out of the Fraternity Service Center in Evanston, IL

Membership in Sigma Alpha Epsilon Fraternity preferred, but not required
