TITLE - SOLD

1. Category exclusive as Title Sponsor
2. Business Logo displayed on Chamber website, Facebook and Weekly E-blast and entertainment stage.
3. Prominent booth space (10x20 at Christmas on the Square. Sponsor is to provide tents, table, supplies, etc.
4. Two (2) parade entries and priority placement in parade
5. Business logo on Parade Banner
6. Business name and ad announcement at Entertainment Stage

Partner- $2,500

1. Business logo displayed on Chamber website, Facebook, and Weekly E-blast.
2. Recognition and booth space (10x10) at COTS. Sponsor is to provide tent, table, supplies, etc. 
3. One parade entry.
4. Business logo placed on parade banner and stage banner.
5. Business name and announcement at Entertainment Stage.

Entertainment $1,500

1. Business logo displayed on Chamber website, Facebook, and Weekly E-blast.
2. Booth space at COTS (10x10- sponsor to provide tent, supplies, etc.)
3. Business logo on Sponsor & Activity Signage.
4. Sponsorship will assist in having free activities/rides in the Children's area: Snow Globe, trackless train, Stilt Walkers, Mascots, bounce houses, etc. 

Friend $500

1. Business name displayed on Chamber website, Facebook, and Weekly E-blast.
2. Booth space at COTS (10x10) Sponsor to provide a tent, tables, supplies, etc.
3. Business name listed as Sponsor on signage at COTS.

Christmas on the Square:

1. Sponsor must be a member in good-standing of the Weatherford Chamber.
2. GS Realty Team at Fathom Realty will have Santa at their location-201 York Ave. for free photos. We ask that you not have Santa at your booth.
3. Theme for this year is "True Texas Christmas", we hope you can be creative with your booth.
4. Sponsors must either be selling merchandise or hosting a children's activity. NO information or political booths will be accepted.
5. Sponsors are required to furnish their own chairs, tables, tents, etc.
6. Tents must be anchored down with 30lb. weights.
7. For printing purposes deadline is Friday, Nov. 15th.-earlier registration allows for additional promotion in emails and social media.
8. No beverages or food may be sold or distributed from non-food vendors unless a food permit and insurance has been submitted to the Chamber and City of Weatherford. 
9. You will receive an email with move-in and move-out instructions, please notify your staff of the importance of arriving at their set-up time.
10. Payment can be invoiced or paid with credit card.
11. Any CBD, alcohol, tobacco, health-related businesses, prescription or non-prescription drug related business/organization are prohibited as vendors or sponsors. 

WEATHERFORD LIGHTS THE NIGHT PARADE

Title Sponsor receives  two (2) entries to parade.
Partner Sponsors receive one(1) parade entry.

Entry Requirements:

1. All parade entries must showcase the holiday theme- True Texas Christmas
2. Lights must be used on all entries.
3. WCOC  is a non-political organization. Under Section 501c3 of the Internal Revenue code, tax-exempt organizations are prohibited from participating in or intervening in political activities. 
4. The parade participants must be holiday-themed and family friendly appropriate to be seen by all ages. 
5. Music is not required but highly encouraged.
6. No Santa or Mrs. Claus costumes allowed. The Weatherford Chamber of Commerce will have the official Santa in the parade. Other types of appropriate holiday costumes are permitted. 
7. NO tossing or distributing handouts, candy or party favors due to liability policies set forth by the parade insurance company and the City ordinance.
8. No sirens, horns, or loud noises are permitted
9. Due to safety concerns, we do not allow individual horse riders in the parade. 

Entry and Lighting requirements:

1. Each entry must be illuminated with light strands, flashlights, spotlights, florescent materials or other resources and in accordance with the following minimum requirements.
2. Recommended number of lights below. No entries will be accepted or allowed to participate without the minimum requirement.

Floats: decorated unit on a trailer pulled by a tow vehicle.
Length =

5 feet, 800 lights
10 feet, 1,300 lights
15 feet, 2,000 lights
20 feet, 2,500 lights
20 feet, 2,500 lights
Cars/Golf Cars - 1,500 lights
Motorcycles and bicycles- 750 to 1,000 lights
Carriages, wagons,- 1,500 lights
Trucks - (tow vehicles are not included and should not be illuminated), 2,500 lights

 

THE UNDERSIGNED HEREBY ELECTS TO AND DOES RELEASE THE WCOC AND ITS RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, DEMANDS RIGHTS OR CAUSES OF ACTION OF WHATSOEVER KIND OF NATURE WHICH THE UNDERSIGNED HAS EVER HAD OR MAY NOW HAVE OR MAY HEREAFTER HAVE WHERE NOW KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, FORESEEN OR UNFORESEEN, ARISING FROM OR BY REASON OF ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH ANY INJURIES, LOSSES, DAMAGES, PROPERTY DAMAGE, OR LOSS, OR THE RESULT THEREOF, WHERE HERETOFORE HAS EVER OR HEREAFTER MAY BE SUSTAINED BY THE UNDERSIGNED AS A RESULT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF THE UNDERSIGNED'S PARTICIPATION IN THE WEATHERFORD LIGHTS THE NIGHT PARADE AND OR CHRISTMAS ON THE SQUARE.
