    • Occupational Wellness means having personal satisfaction with your work

    Consider the work that you must do to improve your wellness areas and increase your capability to find peace in those areas. If you’re struggling financially, you must become a person that watches your spending habits, saves and invests your money, while honoring your money by paying your bills on time. If you’re struggling emotionally, you must find some stability. Be real with yourself and get counseling if you need it. If you are miserable in your current job, commit to acquiring new skills that will qualify you for career options that suit you. Yes, you must put in the work! Write down why your chosen goals are important to you.
