Symposium On-Demand Continuing Education and Assessment of Learning

2023 AG Bell Global Virtual LSL Symposium
This Continuing Education (CEU) grid is for your own personal use to track and submit your CEUs at the close of Symposium. All sessions on this grid have been approved for CEUs by the AG Bell Academy, American Academy of Audiology (AAA) and/or the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). A space is provided for you to enter the number of CEUs earned for each organization for the courses you attended; select every event completed for each time block. Attendees requesting a Certificate of Learning (COL) should follow the model for LSLS/COL CEUs to track their instructional hours.

For AG Bell to submit your CEUs to any of the organizations that have pre-approved the symposium sessions, you must submit this completed worksheet by October 6, 2023.
