Fill the form below to apply for a stall at the Ridge Road Street Party (RRSP). This is the 5th edition, multicultural, intergenerational and free community event with attendees and their relatives from the local area. RRSP supports grassroot initiatives, raising money for causes close to our hearts. Our marketing, in accordance with the councils stipulations, will consist of leaflets & large banners to be distributed in the local area.

We would like to represent a variety of growing businesses on the day and will attempt to avoid duplications where possible, unless styles/design are very unique, eg jewellery or artwork. We would love to see brands that sell sunglasses, homeware (cushions /candles etc), skincare, haircare, plants, teas, fashion, sauces, back-to-school, sweets, jewellery, toys etc. Please keep in mind that this is a family orientated event and a creative and wellness focused community so brands that target this group will do better. In order to secure your table it is required that you make full payment of £40 via bank transfer, as soon as possible AFTER you've been accepted (details to follow). Stalls are selected based on bringing a unique aspect to the event, to specifically support growing businesses and what we think will fit in with the demographic of the Crouch End/Haringey area.

You will be required to bring your own table cloth, chair and any staff required on the day. You are responsible for decorating your table in the best way that represents your brand, have clear signage and price lists on display to attract customers. We ask ALL traders to donate an item to our raffle which supports a grass roots initiative in Haringey, helping homelessness. If your items are costly to produce, you can offer a Gift Card/ Discount for the raffle instead, but please make sure this is a physical item. Someone will come and ask you for your contribution on the day. There will be no electricity available for stalls, please bring wireless lights to compliment your stand if needed.

We expect your arrival at least 1 hour before opening and ready to sell at 12pm. Your table will be ready for you to set up from 10am so you are free to arrive from then. You will be allocated a 6ft table under a gazebo to shelter your stand from the elements. Please check the weather and make arrangements in case of wind etc. All traders and their staff (up to 2 people total) will receive a 20% discount on 1 meal and soft drink of their choice. You will get a wristband/s on the day.

The council require you to have a Temporary Street Trading License to trade at this event. We can apply on your behalf, but require some additional information to do so. You can do this application yourself or pay us the extra £31 and we will do it for you. Without this license you run the risk of the council issuing your business a fine of up to £1000. Though I will report; Haringey Council have never attended nor inspected any trading at this event so far.
