  • Membership Enrollment

    Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of MVLA Service League of Boys (SLOBs). To join, please complete one membership form for each student enrolling in MVLA SLOBs. Each student and parent must use different email addresses during the process. These email addresses are used to create individual Track-It-Forward accounts for logging volunteer hours and for membership communications.

  • Eligibility

    MVLA Service League of Boys is open to all 7th-12th grade boys living in Mountain View, Los Altos, and Los Altos Hills, or attending schools in those towns.

    NOTE: If you have multiple sons enrolling in SLOBs, each son must separately complete the Membership Enrollment form.

  • Membership Agreement

    As a member of the MVLA Service League of Boys (SLOBs), I understand the minimum requirement of 10 service hours (son) and 5 service hours (parent/guardian). When attending MVLA SLOBs sponsored events, I understand that I am representing MVLA SLOBs and will always show respect for our philanthropic partners. As a parent/guardian of an MVLA SLOBs member, I consent that my son and I agree to the Membership & Liability Agreement.

  • Membership Dues

    Annual dues are $75 per son which covers MVLA SLOBs operating expenses. Parents do not have to pay for their membership. Please add the parent's email on the billing page to receive a receipt/confirmation of payment.
