AFS Membership Registration Form

Welcome!
Membership is open to all Filipinos, by birth or by naturalization, of any age, who are residing, whether temporarily or permanently, in the Republic of Serbia.

The Association shall not discriminate on the basis of age, socio-economic status, education, religion, political affiliation, and other factors. However, Filipinos who are below 14 years old will need to submit a written consent from their parents / legal guardian before signing up to the Association.

Membership Fee is 500 rsd / year.

All Filipinos of any age can be a member. If your child is 14 years old and above, they may decide on their own and submit their own form. For children below 14 years old, the parent may submit a form for them.
