Rental Rates: 

You may choose to rent the space by the week, or by the month (up to 3 consecutive months)

 

Daily Room Rate: $25/day YOU MUST BE IN THE ROOM TO SELL YOUR PRODUCT

Weekly Room Rate: $114/week*

Monthly Room Rate: $325/month*

 

*seasonal rates apply for the months of Nov and Dec.

Weekly $164/week

Monthly $375/month

 

After you submit your application, you will receive an email to let you know if your business has been approved. To confirm your rental, the first month’s (or total weekly) rent must be paid. If you are renting for more than a month, you will be invoiced on the 1st of every consecutive month.

Monday: Closed

Tuesday: 10am-5pm

Wednesday: 10am-5pm

Thursday: 10am-5pm

Friday: 10am-5pm

Saturday: 10am-2pm

Sundays & Holidays: Closed

 

These hours are subject to change at the discretion of Little Smoky Gift Co.

Please note we will be closed December 23-January 13.

POS System & Admin Fees (5%): 

We will add your business name into our Point Of Sale System and will enter your product by price.

For example: Best Business Ever $18.00 

At the end of your time (or at the end of each month), we will send you a report and an e-transfer of the amount owed to you minus the 5% Processing & Admin Fees.

 

Liability:

Businesses shall assume the risks of exhibiting their property, products, and materials. Little Smoky Gift Co. will not be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged products. Please ensure that the proper precautions are taken to protect your business. Businesses are encouraged to hold their own liability insurance.

 

Cancellations & Refunds: 

If you need to cancel please note that the rental fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

 

Advertising:

There will be a place for your business name on the storefront window and your business will be mentioned in our social media accounts, however, ultimately advertising is the responsibility of the business, remember to let your customers know where they can find your products!
