Event Date:  Saturday, October 18, 2024; 10:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.

Event Parking: Parking at Kids Community College, Riverview Southeast.

Business Vendor: $40.00 donation to Water Smart Tots (waived for all Sponsorship levels) 

Monster Sponsor:  $1,000 donation to Water Smart Tots Foundation

Company logo printed on trick or treat bags given to 300+ children, company logo promoted throughout the event, company promoted on website and all social media platforms. Company name/logo promoted on all event flyers. 10x10 vendor space included. Sponsors 2 local underserved children to recieve a 6 week self-rescue swim course.

Pumpkin Sponsor: $500 donation to Water Smart Tots Foundation

Company logo promoted all throughout the event and on all event signs and banners including all social media platforms and website. Your company marketing material placed inside 300 trick or treat bags. 10x10 vendor space included. Sponsors 1 local underserved child to receive a 6 week self-rescue swim course.

Ghost Sponsor: $250 donatino to Water Smart Tots Foundation

Company logo on event flyer and social media platform. 10x10 vendor space included.

Food Vendors: $100 donation to Water Smart Tots

Vendor Set Up Time: 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Vendors must arrive no later than 9am to set up.

Vendor Information: Vendors should bring their own 10x10 tent, table, tablecloth, and chairs for the event. Vendors could display any of their business information and are encouraged to provide any handouts or marketing material. We ask all vendors to decorate their 10x10 space Halloween themed and to have a game or activity for the children. Vendors should also bring candy or treats to distribute. We expect approximately 300+ children to visit your tent. Vendors are required to stay until 1:00 p.m.

Vendor Sales: Vendor (s) are allowed to sell their products and services at their own booth that are appropriate for all ages and legal.

Refunds: There are no refunds for no show or last-minute cancelation.

Volunteers: Volunteers are needed to help with games, food, drinks, snow cone machine, etc. Service hours for Bright Futures will be credited for any high schooler needing hours. Volunteers should email watersmarttots@gmail.com

Vendor Agreement: The undersigned hereby forever discharges and releases Water Smart Tots, Inc., Kari Bahour, Watch Me Swim, LLC and all sponsoring organizations, their directors, agents, officers, employees and volunteers from all matters of actions, suits, damages, claims and demands whatsoever in law or equity for any reasonability, personal liability, claims, loss or damage arising in any way out of or in conjunction with undersigned's application to participate in the Watch Me Swim, LLC and Water Smart Tots events. Watch Me Swim and Water Smart Tots also reserves the right to remove any exhibitor that does not comply with the Event terms and conditions of participation, or whose display or behavior is not suitable for the event. If for any cause whatsoever, it becomes impossible to have the EVENT, the applicants understand that this agreement is terminated and waives all claims for damages and/or fees. I agree to assume full responsibility for my exhibit. I further agree to represent that I have received, read, and am bound by the provisions set forth by this application and event package.
