Your Wedding “Save the Date” retainer is non-refundable and considered a down payment and date reservation toward your wedding cakes/desserts, and will be applied toward your final balance. * We are happy to offer delivery for orders that meet a minimum of $500 and include either:
- a three-tiered cake (or larger),
- a single-tier or two-tier cake paired with a cupcake or dessert buffet.
Orders consisting of a single-tier or two-tier cake with kitchen / sheet cakes are not eligible for delivery regardless of total order cost and must be picked up. All orders that do not reach the $500 minimum must also be picked up.

Orders for cake and/or desserts that serve 100-125+ guests will typically reach this minimum. Friday and Saturday delivery rates start at $100 for locations within a 15 mile radius from our shop in Reading, and are based on mileage for locations beyond 15 miles. Here are a few examples of starting rates for venues beyond 15 miles to give you an idea of what to expect for out-of-area delivery fees:

Stone Valley Meadows, 25 miles = $180

Soli Tree Farms, 53 miles = $404

Richwood on the River, 80 miles = $620

Please note that locations that are outside of our 15 mile delivery radius are more likely to be delivered before noon.

Additional fees will apply to after-hours and/or room flip deliveries and deliveries that occur on Sundays, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Seasonal Policy: From May 1 through July 4 and again from Labor Day weekend through Thanksgiving, if your venue is located more than 30 miles from our shop in Reading, the minimum order to qualify for delivery increases to $750. Delivery rates still apply.

Please note that if you select "DELIVERY" in the question above and delivery is no longer available on your date (this will be clearly indicated when you select your date from the dropdown menu further down this page), we can put you on a waitlist for delivery, but will not be able to confirm if we can fit you into our delivery schedule until one to two weeks prior to your event date.
