Payment Policy
I understand that Jungle Jaguarundis does not require members to sign a contract for an extended period of time, and members may cancel at any time.

I understand that Jungle Jaguarundis is a non-profit entity and relies on club subs being promptly paid to stay open.

Drop in class rate is 2500 colones per session.

Membership Rules
MEMBERSHIP RULES
1. Proper sports shoes should be worn at all times.
2. All participants should come with their own drinking water for the duration of the class.
3. Jewelery should be removed to prevent injury to self or others. Any damage or loss is the responsibility of the participant.
4. Inappropriate behavior, such as swearing, misusing equipment, repeatedly ignoring instructions, or causing harm to property or others, will result in consequences:
  
  a) A timeout will be given.
  
  b) A parent will be called for early pickup.
  
  c) The participant may be required to take an extended or permanent break from the activity.
5. All participants should remember the ethos of this club: to have fun, learning and playing sports ,as a team.
6. Bullying is not tolerated under any circumstances. Any member who engages in physical bullying will not be allowed to return.

Privacy Policy
The Participant and Responsible Party acknowledge that photographs and video may be taken of the participant during activities and subsequently used for school and club publication. Parents can write to the office to seek exclusion if desired.
Disclaimer and Waiver of Liability
1. Recognize and understand that
  a) sports involve physical contact activity and that participation might result in injury, including permanent disability or death.
  b) such risk may be due to not only my own actions, but also the action, inaction or negligence of others.
  c) there may be other risks that are not known to me or to others or not reasonably foreseeable at this time.
2. Assume all of the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for any damages that may result from injury, permanent disability or death.
3. I certify that my child is in good physical condition, and have no disease, injury or other condition that would impair my physical and mental well-being. If there are any injuries or illnesses that could affect my child's ability to participate, I will notify the instructors before the class.
4. Grant permission in case of injury to have medical personnel provide my child with medical assistance or treatment for such injury. The cost of any treatment or hospitalization arising from injury during play shall not under any circumstance be paid by Jungle Jaguarundis Club, its affiliated organizations and governing bodies, their officers, instructors and personnel, other members of the organizations, participants, supervisors, coaches, sponsoring organizations or their agents.
5. Release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue, Jungle Jaguarundis, its affiliated organizations and governing bodies, their officers, instructors and personnel, other members of the organizations, participants, supervisors, coaches, sponsoring organizations or their agents, and if applicable, owners and leasers of the premises from any and all liability to the undersigned, his or her heirs and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses and damages which may be sustained and suffered on account of injury, including death or damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the realeasees or otherwise.
