You can expect a response to all inquiries within 24 hours.. Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm.
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with the result within 7 days of your visit, please contact me. I will help to make any necessary changes at no additional charge.

I require at least 24 hours notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Any request or cancellation within the 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge of 30% of the scheduled service, which must be paid in full before any future bookings. This fee is non-refundable. Clients who fail to provide any notice or do not show up for their appointment will be subject to a 50% service charge.
