Casama Agent Terms & Conditions:

You agree to represent Casama Residences in a Professional manner
We will contact you to verify your best contact information and payment info
There will be a required 10 minute video orientation on how to fill out the forms and pre-formatted messages to send to your guests
You will be paid via GCash or PayMaya as per below:
- You will be paid 100 pesos once you have filled out this form and watched the 10 min video training on how to register your guests to you and how to send our invitation to your guests
- You will be paid 50 pesos if you refer one of your friends to become an agent. They must give us your name and agent code
- You will be receive 200 pesos when you refer one of your foreign friends to us and we talk with them. We will need to validate that they have a foreign phone number.
- If your referred guest rents from us you will earn 500 to 2,000 pesos referral fee depending upon the length of stay and how much they spend
- If your guest would like to buy a piece of property you'll be paid between 5 thousand to 10 thousand pesos as a referral fee
- (Bonus amounts can be changed at anytime without notice)
