Delivered via Zoom each session will take place at the following time; 9.30am - 12.30 noon.

What we will cover in the Zoom sessions:

Session 1 - 7th December

Module 1 – An introduction to the Qualification

Module 2 – What is First Aid for Mental Health?

Module 3 – Identifying mental health conditions and early signs

Module 4 – Providing support and starting a conversation

Module 5 – Stress

Session 2 - 14th December

Module 6 – The following mental health conditions and behaviours – depression, anxiety, psychosis, eating disorders, suicide and self-harm

Module 7 – Drugs and alcohol

Module 8 – First Aid Action Plan for mental health

Module 9 – Mental health in the workplace

Assessment

A one to one assessment conducted online via Zoom which will take approx 30 minutes.
