The Youth Workforce Development Program is designed to address the disconnect between young adults, workforce development skills, and employment opportunities. This unique internship opportunity provides YWD interns the workforce readiness training to ensure they are prepared for the realities of employment. All organizations must be a registered 501c3 nonprofit, with capacity to host interns around a mission driven project that provides a well rounded experience for both the YWD program intern and the nonprofit.
