I work on a preorder basis to avoid food waste. Orders after cut off are okay but no guarantees, depends on how far along prep I am.

Delivery time is between 17:00 - 18:00 depending on your location. I will let you know an estimated delivery time on the day once all orders are finalised. I don't take delivery time requests as it is not possible to please everyone.

Pick up is available from 16:00-19:30 at Food Union (Pieter Goodkoepweg 16)

Allergies
Vietnamese food contains a lot of peanuts, fish sauce (anchovy), sesame and soy. Get in contact if you are unsure about an ingredient. Currently I can cater for peanut allergies but not for gluten allergies. I don't work in an allergy free kitchen.

Reheat
To follow EU HACCP laws, all food must be cooled and therefore we can only deliver cold food. All the hot and cold elements will be separated for easy reheating.
