October Community Party Interest Form
We would like to gauge interest on a Community Birthday Party for the October birthday families in our community! This event would be offered October 13th from 2-4pm. The cost is $50 per household family, which includes pizza, cupcakes, beverages and a balloon drop. If you would like to invite people outside of your household, you may purchase additional tickets for $10/child, $5/adults. If you are interested, please complete the form with the birthday child's name and how many people will be attending.
