This document is an agreement between Hotel, as noted above (hereinafter Hotel) and Hotel Savvy, LLC.
1. ANNUAL NET RATE PROGRAM: The hotel hereby elects to participate in the Hotel Savvy Net Rate Program (hereinafter “Program”) set forth and to be subject to the hotel subscriber terms of service.
2. TERM: The term of this Agreement shall commence on the hotel's subscription date (i.e., after subscribing through the HotelSavvy.com website) and, unless terminated earlier, shall continue until the Initial Term (12 months) expires. After the Initial Term, the agreement shall be automatically extended until such time that either party provides not less than thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other of its intention to terminate the Agreement
3. RATE AND BOOKING PARAMETERS: The hotel controls all inventory, rates, and booking terms (deposit and cancelation policies) in the Hotel Savvy platform by loading your inventory to our platform via GDS.
- Rates drive demand; entering into this agreement allows you to offer rates better than the best publicly available rates wherever possible. These rates are only available to Hotel Savvy Member Customers ("Member'), so they are not bookable by the general public.
- All bookings are transmitted with a credit card guarantee - your hotel will handle all charges.
- Your hotel is only responsible for fees related to our channel manager distribution and/or brand-related fees, as per those separate policies.
- Rates must be points eligible if your hotel has a current reward program; the guest rewards number is transmitted at the time of booking but may be added at any time.
- No add-on charges may be charged in addition to your nightly rate - such as resort fees or other service fees added to the nightly rate, excluding state and local taxes.
- Guests should be subject to a 'no walk' policy, as this is critical to building the Hotel Savvy brand reputation.
