Funds are limited per quarter, and successful applicants are required to provide requested information in a timely manner. Please check you Junk/Spam folder regularily to ensure you do not miss any communications from BCCWITT.
There is a four-week turnaround period to receive these funds once the decisions have been made, and there will be no reimbursement for funds spent before the date of this application.
BCCWITT considers funding requests of up to $1000 for supporting tradespeople in attending conferences; purchasing tools, workwear, and PPE; participating in courses (including technical trades training); and gaining qualifications that will assist in the progression of their careers in the skilled trades.
Applications are assessed by a committee of BCCWITT staff and funding decisions are made based on the applicant's need, region, membership in equity priority groups, and whether they have previously received support from BCCWITT. The terms of this funding are subject to change at any time.
If you are seeking support to fund a skilled trades outreach project, please see our BCCWITT Project Grant.
