Primary dwelling has at least a 2 car enclosed garage, side or rear load only, no front load on primary dwelling.
No prefabricated or manufactured housing.
Site plan included that shows any trees larger than 10" that need removed.
Each dwelling has a unique elevation from other homes in the neighborhood.
Use of cementitious made to resemble non-acceptable materials (including stucco and wood) if used as an accent covering no more than 25% of the exterior of a structures side.
The architectural style is not a mid-century modern or Mediterranean architectural exterior design, nor does it have a red or white roof nor pink or orange exterior colors.
