CSz Richmond Theater Improv 101 or equivalent is required. Please enter your last CSz Richmond Theater course and date or other improv coursework.*

CSz Richmond Theater has established a detailed Code of Conduct to which every person associated with CSz Richmond Theater MUST agree. As a student at CSz Richmond Theater, either online or in person, you must first read and agree to adhere to this policy.

MEDICAL PERMISSION
By submitting this form, I give my permission to CSz Richmond Theater and its employees to administer any necessary first aid to me in case of emergency and, if warranted, to take me to an emergency clinic or hospital, or arrange for professional medical transportation to do so if needed.*

I consent to giving medical permission as stated above.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of my participation in the activities of CSz Richmond Theater, I hereby fully release and discharge, and save whole and harmless, ComedySportz Richmond, ComedySportz Improv Theatre, CSz Richmond Theater, Yes Balloon, their owners, officers and employees, their successors or affiliates from any and all liability for damages or claims for damages, causes of action, claims, demands, costs, expenses, and compensation of any nature whatsoever, for any and all known and unknown personal injuries, sickness, illness, or disorder, which I may now hereafter have, arising out of or in connection with participation in any activities whatsoever of ComedySportz Richmond, ComedySportz Improv Theatre, Yes Balloon, or CSz Richmond Theater. By submitting this electronic registration, I state that I have read, understood, and willingly sign this release.*

PHOTOGRAPHY PERMISSION
I give my permission to CSz Richmond Theater to take photographs of me on stage, in workshops, or in special promotional efforts (such as headshots in uniform), to be used solely for promotional purposes of CSz Richmond Theater at any time. I understand that these photographs are the property of CSz Richmond Theater. CSz Richmond Theater will provide a digital copy of any photographs upon request.*

LEAGUE FEES

There is a $160 league fee due per student upon submission of this registration. An optional donation can also be made to Yes Balloon | CSz Richmond Theater, supporting our efforts to continue all the "Good Stuff" we do, from our camps & school leagues to working with Autism, Dementia, and so much more. You will receive a receipt for your tax-deductible donation along with our gratitude. *
