  • If your event is public, we can assist with marketing through our channels (newsletter, socials, event campaigns). From 2026, this will be a paid service at a level that works for you. Please tick Yes or No if you’d like marketing assistance, and we’ll share pricing details and campaign options for you to consider.

    Note: Events will no longer be automatically listed for free in our newsletter due to demand and production costs. A listing on the website will remain free of charge.

    Hire of the main hall includes a basic lighting stage wash with one colour on the main curtain.
    The basic sound system including 2x wireless mics and music playback is $80+GST.

    Please note any electrical equipment you bring into our venue should be electrically tested and tagged with a PAT test.

        WHAT’S NEXT?

        1. Submit your application below and agree to our terms and conditions
        2. We will review your request and will send you an email advising if your date(s) are available, along with a quote for the hire. We may require more information before proceeding, or suggest a site visit to assist with making sure your booking is seamless.
        3. Upon confirmation of your event you will be invoiced a 25% deposit. (Your booking will be considered a temporary hold until payment of deposit)
        4. We will invoice you the remaining balance approximately 30 days before your event date
        5. Your payment is due a minimum of three (3) business days before your event date
        6. Once your booking is confirmed, our team will remain in contact with you as your event approaches, and support your planning where we can.
