The separate £70.00 Photo-I.D. Licence fee is payable direct to the UK's RYA/MCA department on their own website, for the full photo I.D. Licence and Exam, and is different from the online course fee charged by the RYA Training Centre for online course access, ebook, Instructor support, Examiner booking service and the use of their licensed training radio and classroom facilities to enable the conduct of your exam.
