Pre-Consultation: You will get a free 15 min consultation (via zoom, social media or phone call) before & after booking your slot to go over your ideas for your upcoming event to ensure all equipment needed is available.
Payment: A deposit of $125 (or more) will be required to lock in your date and time depending on the length of the event. The remaining balance must be paid the day of filming unless previously discussed and agreed upon.
Capturing/Filming: During the day of the event I will arrive at the agreed time to film the entire im session including but not limited to the pre-event, performances, vendors and behind the scenes (if applicable).
Editing: The best of all the RAW files will be given to the client thru Google Drive or Dropbox (whichever is more convenient) within 48 hrs of filming. You will receive a FULL 1-min edit of the entire event within 7-10 days of filming (if applicable) to do with what you wish.
Travel Fee: The client will be required to pay a travel fee starting at $45 for destinations 30 mins or more from the location of the photographer.
Promotion: All footage taken along with any ‘Behind the Scenes’ is subject to be shared on all social media accounts with association with “Msjaiinc Designs” unless requested to not post beforehand for either a later date or any other reasons the client might have.
