You confirm that you will use the rented gear solely for the agreed-upon purpose and within the designated rental period.
2. Care and Responsibility:By clicking the "Agree" button or checkbox provided below, you acknowledge your responsibility to handle the rented gear with utmost care and in accordance with the instructions, guidelines, and safety measures provided by Move Mountains Co. Studio. You agree to assume full responsibility for any damage or loss incurred to the gear during the rental period.
3. Damage Liability:By clicking the "Agree" button or checkbox provided below, you accept liability for any damage, loss, or destruction of the rented gear during the rental period. You agree to be fully responsible for the replacement cost of the damaged gear, including the value to buy a new equivalent gear item and any applicable taxes.
4. Assessment of Damages:By clicking the "Agree" button or checkbox provided below, you acknowledge that Move Mountains Co. Studio will assess any damages to the gear promptly upon return. You agree to comply with the final and binding valuation determined by Move Mountains Co. Studio for any damaged gear.
5. Reporting of Damage:By clicking the "Agree" button or checkbox provided below, you commit to promptly reporting any damage, malfunction, or issues with the rented gear to Move Mountains Co. Studio during the rental period. You understand that failure to report damages may result in additional liability for you as the Renter.
6. Insurance and Waiver:By clicking the "Agree" button or checkbox provided below, you acknowledge that Move Mountains Co. Studio may offer an optional insurance policy covering accidental damage to the rented gear. You have the choice to purchase this insurance policy at an additional cost to limit your liability for damages. If you opt not to purchase the insurance, you fully waive any claim against Move Mountains Co. Studio related to damage to the rented gear.
7. Security Deposit:By clicking the "Agree" button or checkbox provided below, you acknowledge that Move Mountains Co. Studio may require a security deposit from you before the gear is released for rental. You understand that the security deposit will be returned to you at the end of the rental period, subject to deductions for any damages or outstanding fees.
8. Indemnification:By clicking the "Agree" button or checkbox provided below, you agree to indemnify and hold Move Mountains Co. Studio harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the gear during the rental period.
