We ask staff, especially those living on-site, to be available for a minimum of 25-30 hours (each person; typically up to 35) but cannot guarantee a certain number of hours weekly. Is this acceptable to you as a potential employee?

All team members are trained and scheduled for all shifts across the site. These can be indoor or outdoor, and may include lawn care, machinery operation, tool use, cleaning of bathrooms or cabins, and more. Is this acceptable to you as a potential employee?
