Our goal is to recognize Tennessee businesses that have taken steps toward being more inclusive in hiring and retaining employees with disabilities. We define inclusivity as an employee or customer feeling welcomed and/or supported which is universal to all individuals. In addition, we are identifying businesses that have taken steps to make those they serve whether clients, patients, or customers with disabilities feel welcomed, accepted, treated with dignity and respect.
