2023 Gullah Geechee Heritage Festival & Rails to Trails Bicycle Tour: Vendor Application

Submission Details
All applications must be submitted before 5:00 pm on Wednesday, November 1st. Late applications will not be considered. Official approval or rejection of applicants will be communicated within two weeks after applications are received.
Invoice Details
Once approved, vendors will be able to pay their vendor fee online through Paypal. Alternatively, vendors can mail a check directly to SEA Community (details to be provided in approval email). Payment is due within 30 days after approval but not later than 5:00 pm on Wednesday, November 15th.

Submission & Vendor Payment Agreement
I understand that my vendor fee is dependent upon the type, volume, and pricing of the goods I intend to sell. Artisan vendor fees are typically only $50; Food trucks and food vendors selling meals will pay $200. Businesses selling services will pay a $250 sponsorship fee.
