Consignment Guidelines:

We are pleased to have the opportunity to stock your merchandise through our consignment program. It is our policy to take certain merchandise on consignment for a limited period of time, and trust the author/publisher/owner/vendor will make every effort to promote the items that are for sale at the bookstore.

Consignment Agreement

This is to confirm that Mt. Hebron Missionary Baptist Church (The Mount) has received the consigned items listed above. Consigned items will be displayed in the bookstore until the 1-month release date of Date+30* , at which time it is the vendor's responsibility to reclaim any unsold items. The Mount will pay the vendor 90% of the retail value per item sold, which will be reconciled at the release date. After 30 days of the release date, any items remaining in the bookstore will become the property of The Mount. The Mount is not responsible for any consigned item(s) that is lost, stolen, or destroyed while in the bookstore.
